Please make sure to follow the steps below:

1. Each person must submit an AquaPlex liability waiver when they arrive.  They can wait until arrival to get the form at the fron desk, but it goes  faster if the show up with the form already filled out. Check "attachments" for the form. 

2.    A parent or leader must be present for the entire period.

3.    This event is only for testing.  Once testing is finished, participants must leave AquaPlex.  Open swim will not be available.

4.    Register prior to 5pm on the Monday before the test. 

5.    Be on time.  Tests begin at 6:30 pm.  Only scouts on the registration list for that day will be allowed to test.

6.    Limit of 30 swimmers per night. 

7.   Norm Effinger will conduct the tests.  You can find him in his Sea Scout uniform.

8.   He will give each person a written statement that indicates their classification that has his signature and credentials.

SWIMMER CLASSIFICATION – Must complete the following test: • Jump feet first into water over the head in depth. • Level off and swim 75 yards in a strong manner using one or more of the following strokes: sidestroke, breaststroke, trudgen, or crawl; • Then swim 25 yards using an easy, resting backstroke. • The 100 yards must be completed in one swim without stops and must include at least one sharp turn. • After completing the swim, rest by floating
