Are you a new or returning Cub Scout Leader who wants to know: ”What’s My Job?” and “What do I need to know to do it well?” THIS TRAINING IS FOR YOU!!!!

Cub Scout Leader Position-Specific Training is designed to provide Cub Scout leaders with the basic information they need to successfully carry out the duties of their position.

This training course brings together all of the basics of Cub Scout leadership into one course with separate mini-modules to deal with position-specific topics. There is something for Lion Guides, all Den Leaders, Cubmasters, Pack Committee Members and Pack Committee Chairs.

This is also a great opportunity for leaders and their assistants to get their questions answered by experienced trainers and to meet leaders from other units.

And --- there will be Fun delivered with Enthusiasm!!!

Examples of topics covered are Pack Structure, Childhood Development, Uniforms and Advancement, Conducting Meetings, Den/Pack Management, Annual Program Planning, Involving Parents, Keeping Scouting Safe, Preparing Families for Outdoor Adventures, and more.

Note: For Cubmasters, Asst Cubmasters, Den Leaders, and Asst Den Leaders and Lion Guides – Fully Trained status also requires current (online) Hazardous Weather Training.
