Departure: Please allow enough time afterward for the Counselors to get everything tallied up, announcements made, and a formal dismissal at 4:30pm.

Counselors: Merit Badge Counselors have attended University of Scouting training an will be co-teaching with subject matter experts in their fields. The event is sponsored by Norwich University's Crew 1819 - all registered scouters who have completed YPT.

Important: There are prerequists for many merit badges - see below. In some cases the requirement is to do one of a choice of activities. Scouts need to bring proof of completing prerequisit to the merit badge counselor. Once the scout registers they can see the prerequists on the individual registration under the "Report" tab. The Scouts must discuss which merit badges they should sign up for with their Scoutmaster or troop advancement chair and approval in Scoutbook. We will provide Blue Cards for those who need them, but will update Scoutbook. Climbing Merit Badge is the only all day merit badge to reduce the potential partial.
