You're Invited: Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops (ILST)!

Ready to grow as a leader and make a real impact in your troop? Join us for ILST — a fun, hands-on training that gives every youth leader the skills and confidence to succeed. The session will be hosted by Troop 658 in Winooski

In this session, you’ll learn:

• How your troop is organized and how leaders work together
• Essential leadership tools like communication, planning, and problem-solving
• How to build stronger patrol teamwork and lead by example

Who should attend: All newly elected or appointed youth leaders — and any Scouts interested in developing leadership skills.

ILST is a prerequisite to attend NYLT in 2026!
