What is a lamplighter? A volunteer, just like you, who recognizes the need to grow scouting by filling in the gaps in the map with new units. Cub packs, troops, crews, and posts. 

How do lamplighters do it? By knowing what's needed and where, armed with the skills and knowledge to help bring units to life! This session we will explore why we need units where we do, and learn how to gather the people and resources we need to create strong, vibrant units that will stand the test of time.
