Prepared to Respond: Medical Merit Badge Day

Prepared to Respond: Medical Merit Badge Day gives Scouts the opportunity to explore emergency response, health care, public health, and safety through hands-on instruction and real-world professionals.
Scouts will work on requirements for five related merit badges: First Aid, Emergency Preparedness, Health Care Professions, Public Health, Safety.
The event will be held at the Wichita Falls 911 Center (710 Flood Street) and will include a combination of instruction, demonstrations, discussions, and practical activities.
Some merit badges may require prerequisite work or additional follow-up after the event. Completion of merit badge requirements is based on individual participation and counselor approval.
