The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) is the flagship national Order of the Arrow event. It is held every two years at a major university campus and is attended by as many as 8,000 Arrowmen from all 50 states. It is second only to the BSA National Jamboree in size and scope. 2024 NOAC will be held at The University of Colorado Boulder from July 29, 2024 through August 3, 2024. Estimated cost for participants is $900 which includes NOAC registration fees, travel to and from the conference, all meals while traveling and lodging. 

REQUIREMENTS TO ATTEND
The Wichita Lodge 35 NOAC Contingent is open to all who are qualified on a first-come, first-served basis. Qualifications to attend the NOAC include:
- Be approved by the unit leader and local council.
- Submit a current BSA Health & Medical Record parts A, B, and C before NOAC.
- Submit all registration fees per the payment schedule (or sooner) below.

FEE INFORMATION
Wichita Lodge 35 has a per-participant cost of $900 to attend NOAC. A $100 non-refundable deposit per registrant is required in the Scout Office by November 15th. Participants are encouraged to make all NOAC payments via cash/check at the NWTC Scout Office.

December 15, 2023 - 1st payment $100 
January 15, 2024 - 2nd payment - $100
February 15, 2024 - 3rd payment - $100
March 15, 2024 - 4th payment - $100
April 15, 2024 - 5th payment - $100
May 15, 2024 - 6th payment - $100
June 15, 2024 - 7th payment - $100
July 15, 2024 - Final payment - $100
 

CANCELATION POLICY
A full refund of all payments made, less the $100 non-refundable deposit, may be requested on/before 30 June 2024.
