Range and Target Activities (RATA) Training

The Shooting Sports Committee offers several NRA shooting sports classes. These courses are for registered Scouters and Scouts (ages 14-18).

$50	NRA Basic Shooting (for rifle, shotgun, pistol, or muzzeloading series)	Part 1 of 3
$100	NRA Basic Instructor Training (BIT)	Part 2 of 3
$100*	NRA Basic Instructor (for rifle, shotgun, pistol, or muzzeloading series)	Part 3 of 3
$100*	NRA Range Safety Officer
$50	USA Archery Level 1

*Upon course completion, NRA certification is required and incurs an additional credentialing fee. Detailed instructions will be provided during the training.
