The Gathering

Join us on Saturday, September 19th at Camp Trevor Rees-Jones for a low-key day of Venturing and socializing.

Events include:

Shooting sports - pistol / shotgun
Climbing tower (TBD)
Horseback riding
Swimming & Canoeing (swim checks available or bring your swim check verification form)
A catered BBQ Lunch (only meal provided)

Check-in begins at 9AM.  Program areas open by 10 AM.  Not all program areas will be open all day. A schedule will be provided at check-in.

Adults and youth attending need to bring your Medical Form (Parts A and B, no physician's signature required) and your COVID Screening form (attached).

COVID Precautions:

We will limit registration to 250 participants (well below 50% capacity)
Temperature checks upon arrival
Masks will be required for this event if you are within 6ft of another person (indoors or outdoors) or if you are indoors (e.g., dining hall) unless you are eating.
Adherance to the Circle 10 COVID guidelines

Cost:

$25 - Before 11:59PM Sunday, September 13th
$35 - After 11:59PM Sunday, September 13th to Thursday, September 17th at 11:59PM
There are no walk up registrations this year. Registrations close at 11:59PM on Thursday, September 17th.
