This year, Rising Sun District is combining Webelos Woods, and Cub Fun Day into one event. The date is Saturday,
October 24th, 2020, and the location is Camp Rorie Galloway, 3100 Lawson Rd, Mesquite.

The event is from 9:30 AM until 4 PM. The cost $15 per attendee which includes all materials. There is an absolute cap of 75 attendees for
this event! Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all safety precautions will be observed. You will need a face mask, and
social distancing will be the order of the day.

If you want a lunch, you will need to bring it, as well as camp chairs.

You will also need to bring a completed BSA health form, parts A and B, as well as these additional forms: COVID-
19 At Risk Camp Participant Statement, Parental Commitment to Transport, and Pre-Event Medical Screening
Checklist. All of these forms and the link to the registration app are available on the district website.
