NRA Chief Range Safety Officer (CRSO)
The NRA CRSO Training class is designed to develop NRA Certified CRSOs who possess the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary to conduct the NRA Basic Range Safey Officer Course to certify adult leaders as a RSO.
Read the WHOLE Text, there is very important information listed in it that will be critical for you to signup and attend this course!
You must already have taken and passed the NRA BIT (Basic Instructor Training) course within the last two years prior to attending this class. If you do not have your BIT Rating when you come to class you can not take the class and will have to go home. There is a BIT class scheduled prior to this class. You should register first for it to make sure there is space before you register for this class. You do not have have taken the class before you signup for this class, only have taken in before you come to this class. You must also already have the NRA RSO certification prior to attending this class.
If you are already have a NRA Instructor rating, then you have the BIT rating, but the BIT Class you took to get that rating has to be within the proceeding two years of this classes date. If all you have is RSO, then you MUST take the BIT class before you take this class. You can signup for the class if you have signed up for the BIT class but haven't taken it yet, but you must have BIT by the time you attend this class.
You will not be registered in the class until you complete the payment for the class.
Registration for the class closes Wednesday, the week of the class.
To register for a class, fill out the registrant section of the registration form. Once all the required questions (boxes with the red text above) are filled in, you can then click on the Checkout Tab, and complete payment for the class. Only after you've done all this and paid, is your registration for the class complete.
