Welcome to the Day Camp registration. We're glad you will be joining us. A couple of reminders:
1. All adults attending camp MUST be registrered through Black Pug and have a completed background check that will be performed based on registration information. If a Pack coordinator signs up another adult volunteer, an Adult in Camp Compliance form MUST be filled out, signed, and physically turned in by the Adult who is volunteering.
2. To ensure that we are not understaffed, each Pack MUST have 1 volunteer for every 3 scouts.
Registration Types
YOUTH PARTICIPANT: All youth entering 1st through 5th grades in attendance for any portion of camp. Please choose the grade your child will be entering in Fall 2025 (9/1/2025).
- Tiger (1st Grade)
- Wolf (2nd Grade)
- Bear (3rd Grade)
- Webelos (4th Grade)
- AOL (5th Grade)
SIBLING: Siblings younger than Tigers (1st Grade) may attend camp with a parent but will NOT be allowed to participate most camp activities. These youth must stay with and be fully supervised by their parent/legal guardian for the duration of the event. The parent must register as an Adult Scout or Tiger Partner, will not be counted toward the 1 to 3 volunteer ratio, and will only be responsible for supervising the sibling. It is advisable that this should be carefully considered, as the pace and excitement of the day camp environment can be overwhelming for younger children.
ADULT VOLUNTEERS:
- Program Volunteers will provide programming or support for the event. Must be registered with Scouting America, and are required to attend staff training prior to camp. (Choose Adult Volunteer for this position).
- Walking Den Leaders will provide supervision for cubscouts and stay with the group as they rotate through program areas. Must be registered with Scouting America.
- Tiger Partners accompany their tiger scouts through program areas.
- Scout Partners accompany their cub scouts through program areas.
YOUTH VOLUNTEER:
Youth staff and volunteers are required to be registered with Scouting America.
- Youth Staff - 14-18 years of age, must attend staff training prior to camp
- Day Camp Den Chiefs may be under the age of 14 ONLY if they are serving as a den chief for the same Cub Scout den they serve in the local pack.
- Youth Volunteer - Scouts BSA members under the age of 14 may volunteer to help at day camp if under DIRECT SUPERVISION of a parent, guardian, or troop leader. However, they are not considered staff members.
