2027 Summer Camp

for all Troops, Crews, and Ships!

***Each troop must have their own reservation, separate two-deep leadership, and deposit even if they would like to camp or have shared leadership with another troop. Troops may not have mixed gender youth on the same registration.***

All attendees must be currently registered members of Scouting America.
Youth must be currently registered members of a troop, crew, or ship.
Adults must have Safeguarding Youth Training prior to coming to camp.
The State of Texas has approved the online SYT to meet the Youth Camp Code.

REGISTRATION TYPES

• Youth/Adult: If you will have a minimum of (2) Scouts and (2) adult leaders on camp all week, register as a Youth or Adult Participant (standard unit type).
• Maverick: If you will not have these minimums on your unit registration, you must register as a Maverick Youth and/or Maverick Adult. 
• Part-Time Adult: If you are an adult who will not be staying the full week (Sunday to Saturday without leaving camp), register as a Part-Time Adult.
• Waitlist: You must continue all the way through checkout to add your participant to the waitlist. If your waitlisted person shows "Checkout Required", you must complete checkout as they are not officially waitlisted at this point.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Payment Schedule

Deposit: $100 per Scout (non-refundable or transferable, due at registration)

Oct 1, 2026 – Mar 1, 2027 (10:59 PM): $100 total due per Scout

Mar 1 (11:00 PM) – March 25 (10:59 PM): +$200 per scout (total $300 paid on balance)

By Mar 25: $300 per scout of balance paid required to select classes

After May 15 (10:59 PM): Full balance due (incl. extras); must be paid in full to keep Early Bird rate

Deadline: Register at least 7 days before your session (Sunday, 11:00 PM). No late or walk-in registrations.

***The deadline to register and change your registration is 7 days prior to each week's session (Sundays at 11:00 p.m.). Late additions/substitutions after the deadline or walk-ins at camp cannot be accommodated.***

Classes

The Class catalog and class grid will be available under "Attachments" to view beginning on Wednesday, March 4, at 10:00 a.m.. Classes will be available to select on Thursday, March 25, at 2:00 p.m. Class selection will be under "Update Registation" with each person's registration.

• 2027 TRJ Class Catalog (all weeks) - available to view March 4
• 2027 TRJ Class Grid (all weeks) - available to view March 4
• Scouts must be current on their fee schedule to be able to select classes (at least $300 paid per Scout).

Leader Guides

The 2026 Summer Camp Leaders' Guide and 2026 TRJ Summer Camp Program Guide will be available under "Attachments"  and on our Summer Camp webpage at Circle Ten Scouts Summer Camp beginning on March 4.

Required Documentation for Check-In

• Unit: Official Unit Roster downloaded as a PDF from my.scouting.org. It must list all persons attending camp. Verify all persons are current members at least two weeks prior to arrival at camp. This roster is the ONLY roster that will be accepted at check-in.
• Unit: Unit Youth Protection Training report (must show all attending adults are current with YPT). May be the same as the Unit Roster as long as the YPT status shows on the report.
• Unit: Weather Hazards Certificate (at least one adult; multiple recommended)
• Youth & Adults (both full-time and part-time): Annual Medical Health Record (parts A, B1, B2, and C). Must be valid through the end of your stay at camp. (HERE)
• Adults: Adult In-Camp State Compliance Form (HERE)
