Join us for fun competitions, shooting sports, climbing, troop games, and excitement. 

Event Details

• Check-in: Friday, April 24 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.
• Event Check-out: Sunday, April 26 by 10:00 a.m.  
• Deadline to register/make changes with your registration/make payment: Sunday, April 19 before 11:00 p.m.
  No late adds/substitutions or walk-ins can be accommodated.
• Meals: Units will provide their own meals for this event.

Cost 

• Scouts:$25
• Adults: $15
• Staff (Youth and Adult):  $15
• Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy

Documentation Required at Check-in

• Unit Roster (official roster downloaded from my.scouting.org)
  All adults staying overnight must be currently registered members of the BSA (unit, district or council level. Merit Badge Counselor membership does not meet this requirement.)
• Annual Medical Health Record AB

• Unit Type and Number
• Email Address (adults only)
• Cell Phone Number (adults & youth staff only)
• Birth Date (adults & youth staff only)
• Scouting America membership number (all youth, all adults staying overnight)
• Gender
• Allergies, Dietary Restrictions, Medical/Mobility Concerns
• Campsite Preference
• Emergency Contact Name, Cell Number, and Relationship to attendee
