Event Details

• Check-in: Friday, March 27 from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
• Event Check-out: Sunday, March 29 by 10:00 a.m.  
• Location: Trevor Rees-Jones Scout Camp, 11217 FM 2970, Athens, Texas 75751
• Registration closes: The deadline to make changes to your registration and complete payment is March 21 before 11:00 p.m.  No late adds/substitutions or walk-ins.
• Meals: Units will provide their own meals for this event

Cost 

• Scouts: $20
• Adults: $15
• Staff (Youth and Adult): $10
• Range Staff: $5
• Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy (see Attachments).

Documentation Required at Check-in

• Unit Roster (downloaded from my.scouting.org)
  All persons staying overnight must be registered members of Scouting America
• Annual Medical Health Record AB

• First and Last Name
• Unit Type and Number
• Email Address (adults only)
• Cell Phone Number (adults & youth staff only)
• Birth Date (adults & youth staff only)
• Scouting America membership number
  This is required for all youth and all adults staying overnight.
• Gender
• Allergies, Dietary Restrictions, Medical/Mobility Concerns
• Campsite Preference
• Emergency Contact Name, Cell Number, and Relationship to attendee
