Event Details

• Check-in: Friday, March 27 from 7:00 pm - 9:00 p.m.
• Event Check-out: Sunday, March 29 by 10:00 a.m.  
• Location: Kerr Scout Ranch at Camp Slippery Falls. 4500 S Bullet Prairie Rd, Tishomingo, OK 73460
• Deadline to Register/make changes with your registration: March 23 before 11:00 p.m.  
• Meals:  Units will provide their own meals for this event

Cost  

• Scouts: $15
• Adults/Staff: $5
• Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy (see Attachments).

• Email address (adults and staff)
• Gender (all); Date of birth (youth staff)
• Scouting America Membership Number
• Allergies, dietary restrictions, medical concerns
• Emergency contact name, cell phone, and relationship to attendee

Documentation Required at Check-in

• Unit Roster (must be official roster downloaded from my.scouting.org)
  All persons staying overnight at camp are required to be registered members of Scouting America
• Annual Medical Health Record AB
