Please join us in celebrating the remarkable achievements of 2025 and welcoming the start of an exciting new year. 2026 is shaping up to be an incredible year for scouting, and none of this would be possible without you—our volunteers, supporters, and parents. Come celebrate with us!

We will also be honoring our Class of 2025 Eagle Scouts and recognizing all of our outstanding leaders. Join us to show your support and applaud their impressive accomplishments!

Event Details

• Date: Saturday, January 31, 2026 
• Time: 6:00 p.m.
• Location: First United Methodist Church, 225 Lovers Lane, Athens, TX 75751 
• Registration Closes: January 26 at 11:00 p.m. to make sure that we have a proper head count. No late adds or new registrations may be accommodated after this date. No walk-ins will be allowed for proper event planning.

Cost

• Youth/Adult Attendees: $20.00 per person
  All parents/guests must register and pay via this registration page.
• 2025 Eagle Scouts: complimentary. Must register in advance.
• For small children, purchase one ticket (meal can be divided).
• Cancellations: All cancellation requests must follow the Circle Ten Council Cancellation & Refund Policy (see under Attachments)

Any Scout who earned their Eagle Scout rank in 2025 may attend for free but MUST register.
