CALLING ALL ARROWMEN:
Enter the arena at the Mikanakawa Spring Fellowship. Get ready for an exciting, action packed experience with survival training games, Chapter contests, drone flying, climbing tower, and Elangomat training. Build leadership, strengthen fellowship, and take on the adventure!

LOCATION:
Trevor Rees-Jones Scout Camp, 11217 FM 2970, Athens, TX 75751
CHECK-IN:
Friday night check-in starts at 7:00 p.m. Early arrivals will be asked to wait until 7:00 p.m.
Saturday morning check-in starts at 8:30 a.m.
All attendees must be currently registered members of Scouting America and current on OA dues.
CAMPING / LODGING:
Each Arrowman should bring their own tent and sleeping equipment. Keep in mind the Texas weather during February and BE PREPARED. Campsites will be divided by Areas so you will camp with your Chapter and other Chapters from your Area. Youth protection rules ALWAYS apply so make sure you have at least 2 adults (preferably 2 adult females minimum) camping with your Chapter.
Cabins and other buildings are OFF Limits for anyone to sleep in.
Adults (over 21) may request to be assigned to a bunk room for $10 fee but space is extremely limited. Email lodging@miki.org. Priority will be given to those serving on staff and those with specific medical conditions.
COSTS:
The cost of Spring Fellowship is $35 to attend ALL weekend or $30 for Saturday ONLY (includes lunch and dinner, NOT breakfast). This covers the cost of facilities, program supplies, your food for the event, and a patch.
Ordeal Members who are eligible to seal their membership and complete the Brotherhood induction may add that to their registration for an additional $20.
You can add a Shooting Sports pass for $10. This includes: 20 rounds for rifle shooting,10 rounds for shotgun, and access to the archery and tomahawk ranges.

MEDICAL INFO:
It is very important that you have with you any medication you need on a regular basis.
The Annual Medical Health Form (parts A & B) is required for OA events and must include a parent/guardian signature for youth.

Staff is limited for this event so there is a password to sign up. If you are interested in staffing please check the Slack channel or get with an Area Lead for the password.
