Saturday morning check-in starts at 8:30 a.m.
All attendees must be currently registered members of Scouting America
CAMPING / LODGING
Each Arrowman should bring their own tent and sleeping equipment. Keep in mind the Texas weather during September and BE PREPARED. Campsites will be divided by Areas so you will camp with your Chapter and other Chapters from your Area. SYT rules ALWAYS apply so make sure if you have at least 2 adults (preferably 2 adult females minimum) camping with your Chapter.
Adults (over 21) may request to be assigned to a bunk room for $10 fee but space is extremely limited. Email lodging@miki.org. Priority will be given to those serving on staff and those with specific medical conditions.
COSTS
The cost of Fall Fellowship is $35 to attend ALL weekend or $30 for Saturday ONLY (includes lunch and dinner, NOT breakfast). This covers the cost of facilities, program supplies, your food for the event, and a patch.
Ordeal Members who are eligible to seal their membership and complete the Brotherhood induction may add that to their registration for an additional $20.
You can add a Shooting Sports pass for $10. This includes 30 rounds of ammo: 20 rounds for rifle shooting, 10 rounds for shotgun, and access to the archery and tomahawk ranges.
ThunderOwl: Separate registration instructions will be sent by e-mail.
Please direct any registration questions to admin@miki.org or adv.admin@miki.org.
