Adult Training

Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (IOLS) provides adult leaders the practical outdoor skills they need to lead Scouts in the outdoors. Participants will work as Patrols at this hands-on training. Upon completion, leaders should feel comfortable teaching Scouts the basic skills required to obtain the First Class rank. All Troops are required to have IOLS trained leaders and all SM/ASMs are required to have it to be fully trained.

Training Details:
    •    Participant Cost: $40
    •    Optional Early Check-in: Friday, April 17 at 6:00-6:30 p.m.
A campsite is available for participants who wish to arrive the night before. Dinner is on your own but Cracker Barrel will be available.
    •    Regular Check-in: Saturday, April 18 from 6:30 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.
    •    Check-out: Sunday, April 19 at 11:00 am

Cancellation Policy:  All cancellations must follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy (HERE).

Registration Closes:  April 11 at 11:00 p.m.
This is the deadline to register, add/change participants, update participant information, and complete payment in full. Your registration and payment must be completed in full prior to this date and time to confirm your space in your training. Late additions/substitutions or walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
