Calling all Cub Scouts from Tigers to Arrow of Light Scouts! 

Event Details: 

• Hours: 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• Location: Bob Woodruff Park, 2601 San Gabriel Dr., Plano, TX 75074.
• Registration will close on May 18 at 11:00 p.m.
  (This is the deadline to register, add/change participants, update participant information, and complete payment in full).
• Ranks: When registering your Scout, please register them for the rank they will be as of September 2026.

Cost: 

• Cub Participant: $75 regular price.
• Adult Volunteers: $15.00
• Youth Volunteers and Staff: $15.00
• Adult Staff: Contact Daniel Long or Kristen Suprobo for password
• Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy

T-Shirts:

***April 29, 2026 at 11:00 p.m. is the deadline to be guaranteed a t-shirt.  If you register after April 29, you may still select the size shirt you would like. HOWEVER, we will be unable to guarantee you will get the sizes or quantities you selected.***

Health Forms:

An up-to-date Scouting America Annual Health and Medical Record Parts A&B are required for every participant, including youth, siblings, adults, and staff. Health forms will be turned in prior to the start of camp. Additional instructions will be provided after registration.

Leader Guide:

Leader guides will be published for each camp, and will be available on our council webpage at: https://circleten.org/posts/80602/day-camp-description AND on individual registration sites.

You and your Scout may attend a Day Camp in ANY district. You are not restricted to staying within your own district. Choose the one that works best for you!
