Games, Competitions, Arts, and Scoutcraft

• Location: Lakeland Park, 13560 County Rd 550, Farmersville, Texas 75442
• Check-in Begins: Friday, April 24 at 5:00 p.m.
• Activities all day Saturday, campfire Saturday night.
• Check-out: Sunday, April 26, leave by 11:00 a.m.
• Units are responsible for their own meals.

Cost

• $15 per Scout or Venturer
• $15 per Registered Leader & Staff

Registration closes: April 16 at 11:00 p.m.
This is the deadline to register, add/update participants, and complete payment. Walk-ins and late additions cannot be accommodated.

Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy (see Attachments)

- Dietary restrictions & medical concerns

Documents Required at Check-In

- Troops/Crews: Roster of all participants and attendees (roster must be the official roster downloaded as a PDF from my.scouting.org). All attendees must be listed as current members on this roster.
- Annual Medical Health Record AB
