Arrow of Light Scouts are ecouraged to attend with their den.

 Games, Competitions, Arts, and Scoutcraft

Cooking contest: TBD

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards given for Overall Competition and the Cooking Contest.

• Location: Camp Kiwanis on Pat Mayse Lake, CR 35810, Arthur City, TX 75411
• Check-in Begins: Friday, November 13 at 5:00 p.m.
• Activities all day Saturday, campfire Saturday night.
• Check-out: Sunday, November 15, leave by 11:00 a.m.
• Units are responsible for their own meals.

• $TBD per Registered Leader & Staff

This is the deadline to register, add/update participants, and complete payment. Walk-ins and late additions cannot be accommodated.

Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy (see Attachments)

- Email address (registration contact and adults)
- Cell phone (registration contact and staff)
- Emergency contact name, cell phone, and email
- Dietary restrictions & medical concerns

Documents Required at Check-In

- Troops/Crews: Roster of all participants and attendees (roster must be the official roster downloaded as a PDF from my.scouting.org). All attendees must be listed as current members on this roster.
- AOL Den: roster showing list of all AOL Scouts, leaders, and parents attending the event. Roster from my.scouting.org or Scoutbook is preferred.
- Annual Medical Health Record AB
