Join us for the Annual District Recognition Dinner as we celebrate the outstanding volunteers of the Chisholm Trail District and their achievements over the past Scouting year. We will also honor the Scouts who earned their Eagle Rank in 2025. We look forward to seeing you there!

- Location: Seton Faith Formation Center (Gym), 3100 Spring Creek Parkway, Plano, TX 75023
- Check in: Begins at 6:00 p.m.
- Dinner: Begins at 6:30 p.m.
- Program: Stars at 7:00 p.m.
- Registration closes: Friday, January 23, 2026 at 11:00 p.m.
This is the deadline to register, add/updated participants, and complete payment. No walk-ins.
Cost
- 2025 Eagle Scouts: Complimentary/Free
- Adults/Youth age 14 and older: $30/person
- Youth age 13 and under: $15/person
- Sponsor an Eagle Scout: $30
- Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy (see attachments)
