Calling all Cub Scouts from Lions to Arrow of Light Scouts! Enjoy a fun-filled weekend at Camp James Ray!

Come out and enjoy awesome games, crafts and activities alongside Archery and BB Gun Shooting! We'll also have an awesome FISHING COMPETITION and more! Spots are limited so register as soon as you can!

Event Details: 

• Check-in: Friday, November 6 at 5:30 p.m. 
• Activities start on November 7 at 8:00 a.m.
  A schedule will be sent out prior to the event to provide more information on time for activities.
• Location: Camp James Ray, 2026 Mill Creek Rd., Pottsboro, Texas 75076
• Registration will close on November 3 at 11:00 p.m. or when full, whichever comes first
  This is the last day to register, add/change participants, update participant information, and complete payment in full. We cannot accept any late additions/substitutions or walk-ins.

Cost: 

• Cub Participant: $25 per person
• Siblings: Free
• Adult: $15 per person
• Staff: $10 per person
• Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

**Food will not be provided at this event.  Each Pack will be responsible for their own food.**

Documentation Required at Check-in:

• Roster (one per unit or registration)
• Annual Medical Health Record AB

• Unit type and number
• First and last name
• Email address (adults and staff)
• Cell phone (adults)
• Medical concerns
• Emergency contact name, phone, and relationship to attendee
• Will you be camping?
