ATV Program
Trevor Rees-Jones Scout Camp
February 28 / April 25 / September 26

Participant Type: Troop or Crew (aged 14+)
 

Join us on our ATV Program where you will explore the trails of Trevor Rees-Jones Scout Camp while learning to ride an ATV! This class is geared toward a Troop or Crew of 8 youth (14 and up) participants plus 2 adult riders. The instructor will round out the group. Read "Important Information" below before registering.

Event Details

• Check-in: 9:00 - 9:30 a.m.
• Class starts: 9:30 a.m.
• Class ends: 5:00 p.m.

Cost:

• Youth/Adult Participants: Early Bird Price $85.00 - Regular Price $100
• Participants must be14 years of age or old and in a Troop, Ship, or Crew.

Important Information:

• Each registering scout or scouter MUST email Gary Baxter their completed certificate for their ASI ATV E-course:  https://atvsafety.org/atv-ecourse/ . This must be received by Gary Baxter by:
  • February session: Saturday, February 21
  • April session: Saturday, April  18
  • September session: Saturday, September 19
• Each registering Scout or Scouter MUST complete the ASI COVID-19 Liability Waiver Form (under Attachments) and bring with them to the course.
• Each registering Scout or Scouter MUST bring their Annual Medical Health Record Parts A & B with them to the training.
• Each registering Scout or Scouter MUST be a currently registered member of Scouting America.

Failure to email Gary Baxter the completed certificate within 7 days prior to course will result in their inability to participate in the course.If the ceritificate is not emailed to the Course Leader at least 7 days prior to the course start, the participant will not be allowed to participate on the course and will not receive a refund. No exceptions.

Weight Restrictions
All participants must not weigh more than 200 lbs for youth and 250 pounds for adults. 

Required Equipment/Gear
All participant MUST wear: boots over their ankles, long sleeve shirt, gloves, helmet, and goggles. If any participant wishes to bring their own helmet or goggles, they must pass tech inspection prior to being allowed to use them.

***Any Scout or adult who arrives without proper paperwork, attire, or prerequisites completed will be refused participation without a refund.***
