Event Details

• Check-in: Friday, October 24 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.
• Event Check-out: Sunday, October 26 by 10:00 a.m.  
• Deadline to Register/make changes with your registration/make payment: Sunday, October 19 before 11:00 p.m.  No late adds/substitutions or walk-ins can be accommodated.
• Meals:  Units will provide their own meals for this event

Cost 

• Scouts: $20.00
• AOL: $15.00
• Adults: $15.00
• Staff (Youth and Adult):  $10.00 (without food) $30.00 (with food)
• Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy (see Attachments).

Documentation Required at Check-in

• Unit Roster (official roster downloaded as a PDF from my.scouting.org)
  All adults staying overnight must be currently registered members of Scouting America (unit, district or council level. Merit Badge Counselor membership does not meet this requirement.)
• Annual Medical Health Record AB
