Event Details
- Check-in: Friday, October 24 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.
- Event Check-out: Sunday, October 26 by 10:00 a.m.
- Deadline to Register/make changes with your registration/make payment: Sunday, October 19 before 11:00 p.m. No late adds/substitutions or walk-ins can be accommodated.
- Meals: Units will provide their own meals for this event
Cost
- Scouts: $20.00
- AOL: $15.00
- Adults: $15.00
- Staff (Youth and Adult): $10.00 (without food) $30.00 (with food)
- Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy (see Attachments).

All adults staying overnight must be currently registered members of Scouting America (unit, district or council level. Merit Badge Counselor membership does not meet this requirement.) - Annual Medical Health Record AB
