Join us to celebrate the previous year's celebrations and accomplishment

Please join us in celebrating the great efforts and accomplishments that were achieved in 2024,  and at the same time celebrate the begining of a new year. 2025 is shaping up to be a great year for scouting. All of this would not be possible if it was not for you, the volunteer, the supporter, and the parents, so come celebrate with us.

We will be recognizing our class of 2024 Eagle Scouts and all of our amazing leaders!  Please come out and show your support for their great accomplishments!.

This year the meal will be hosted by the Order of the Arrow Ayastigi Chapter.

Event Details

• Date: Saturday, January 25, 2025 
• Check-in: 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. 
• Dinner: 6:30 p.m.
• Location: First United Methodist Church, 225 Lovers Lane, Athens, TX 75751 
• Registration Closes: January 22 at 11:00 p.m. to make sure that we have a proper head count. No late adds or new registrations may be accommodated after this date. No walk-ins will be allowed for proper event planning.

Cost

• Youth/Adult Attendees: $20.00 per person
  All parents/guests must register and pay via this registration page.
• 2024 Eagle Scouts: complimentary. Must register in advance.
• For small children, purchase one ticket (meal can be divided).
• Cancellations: All cancellation requests must follow the Circle Ten Council Cancellation & Refund Policy (see under Attachments)

Dinner Menu

• Mr. J’s famous Smoked Brisket and Sausage
• Baked Potatoes, Green Beans, and Rolls
• Mrs. J’s Italian Cream Cupcakes!! 

Chapter members will provide the fun and festivities and DOOR PRIZES!!!

Any Scout who earned their Eagle Scout rank in 2024 may attend for free but MUST register.
