My Brother in the Vigil. Thank you for registering as a member of the staff for the Mikanakawa Vigil Weekend. Please complete all of the required information and double check your entries prior to hitting submit. We look forward to seeing you at Camp Constantin.

Cost

Friday/Saturday staff is $30. This will include breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday; as well as breakfast on Sunday. It is imperative that you provide a response for attendance at meals when registering. We must be able to plan food for the group.

If you have not renewed your annual dues, you can add that on for $25. You must be Scouting America registered and Dues current to attend.

If you would like to cover the cost of a sash for a new vigil candidate you can become a Sash Sponsor. There is not a limit to the number of sponsorships you can request, but each one is $20.

*There is a 3% processing fee for all debit/credit card transactions.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellation and refund requests must follow the Circle Ten Council Refund & Cancellation Policy (HERE).

Medical Info

It is very important that you have with you any medication you need on a regular basis while at camp. The Annual Medical Health Form (parts A & B) is required for an OA event weekend and must include a parent/guardian signature for youth. YOU MUST ARRIVE WITH THIS PRINTED READY TO HAND IN.

Lodging

If you would like to request lodging for this event, you may do so by sending an email to vigil.admin@miki.org. Lodging will be handled according to Mikanakawa policy, which is: Lodging is available for any member in good standing that is 21 years of age or older and has an annual cabin agreement on file. But, with a limited number of rooms available at our camps we have to prioritize some of our member’s needs. Order of priority: Medical/disability requirements, primary event leads, general attendee based on order of request (first come/first serve).
