Registration closes January 19 at 11:00 p.m.

Event Details
- Date: Saturday, January 25, 2025
- Location: Richland College, 12800 Abrams Rd., Dallas, TX 75243
- Cost: $25.00 per Scout plus optional $5.00 box lunch.
- FULL: Parents wishing to stay, please register under "Parent/Guardian" registrant type. It will pop up once Scout(s) are selected. This option is now full and will not have a waitlist.
- Adult Leaders who wish to volunteer may register for $5. Please email dcmeritbadgemania@gmail.com for the password.
- Registration Closes: Sunday, January 19 at 11:00 p.m.
This is the deadline to register, add/update participants and classes, and complete payment. NO late additions/substitutions. NO walk-ins. - Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Circle Ten Council Cancellation & Refund Policy (HERE)
- WAITLIST INFORMATION: If you are placed on a waitlist for this event, you will need to complete all the required information and check out to be placed on the waitlist for a space. If you are moved from the waitlist and receive a space in the event, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to access your registration. You will then need to update your registration with any missing information and pay in full to confirm your space. If you do not receive a space, you will receive a refund after the registation close date if you paid at time of booking.
Class Information
- Class Size is limited to 15 Scouts per class.Classes will fill quickly!
- Scouts may only register for two classes (one in the morning session & one in the afternoon session) or one class that takes up both the morning and afternoon session.
- ****"Blue cards" will be available for download after the event under the "Reports" tab in your registration. Blue cards will only be available if the badge was completed. If the badge is incomplete, you can download the completed requirements under the "Unit Advancement Detail" tab in your registration. ****

Event Times
- 7:30 a.m.: Check-in opens
- 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.: Session 1
- 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.: Lunch
- 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.: Session 2
- Lunch will not be available for purchase at the event and must be pre-purchased. If you are not buying an optional lunch, please bring a sack lunch.
Registration Information
The following information will be requested during registration:
- First and Last Name
- Name called
- Age
- Scout Rank
- Acknowledgement that Scout has discussed attendance/classes with Scoutmaster
- Email and mailing address for registration contact
- Participant contact name, phone, email, and relationship to Scout
Documents Required at Check-in
- Any prerequisite and/or paperwork requested by counselors (see Merit Badge Catalog available on November 25)
