The Circle Ten Council Eagle Scout Celebration will celebrate our 2024 Debra Copley Class of Eagle Scouts and 2024 Summit Scouts.

Event Details

Check-in begins at 2:30 p.m.
Program begins at 3:00 p.m.
Group photographs (Eagle, Summit) and light refreshments follow the program.

Cost

2024 Eagle Scouts: Complimentary*
2024 Summit awardees: Complimentary*
Adult/Youth Attendees: $20 per person
Your fee helps cover the cost of our Eagle and Summit Scouts at this celebration.
*Complimentary with early registration. $20 per Scout after March 19 at 11:00 p.m.

Each honoree receives a commemorative portfolio with a limited edition Council Shoulder Patch, certificate from Senator Royce West, and congratulatory letter on behalf of our 2024 Class of Eagle Scouts honoree, Debra Copley.

Eagle and Summit Slideshow

Eagle and Summit Scouts: Please provide a high resolution photo of you in uniform and/or a photo of your project, so we can include them as part of the opening slideshow! Please email the photo(s) with your name, unit type and unit number to paula.bramble@scouting.org no later than March 19. We cannot accept any late submissions.

A group photo of our Eagle Scouts, Summit, and Quartermaster Scouts will be taken after the program. A digital copy will be sent out after the event (please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery via email). A professionally printed 8 x 10 photograph will be available for purchase during registration. This will be mailed to you 4-6 weeks after the celebration.

Celebrate your Scout in the Program

You have the opportunity to include a photograph and personal message to your Scout in the printed program. Send a high resolution photo of your Scout and your message. We will set up the photo (layout, etc.).

Message Options
1/4 page (portrait format - 4" wide x 5" high): $15
1/2 page (landscape format - 8" wide x 5" high): $25
Final sizing may be adjusted slightly to fit the program page.

All submissions must include the Scout name and unit number. You must make your selection during registration and email the photos and message to Paula Bramble at paula.bramble@scouting.org no later than March 19 at 11:00 p.m. We cannot accept any late submissions. Please see HERE for examples.

Registration Deadline
Space is limited so please register early. Registration will close on Monday, March 31 at 11:00 p.m.
This is the deadline to register, add/update attendees, and complete payment. Late additions or walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
