Calling all Cub Scouts from Tigers to Arrow of Light Scouts! It's time to gather for the Invention Convention Twilight Camp in Mesquite, TX.
It is time to break out your immagination and innovation. Prepare to dare to create some great fun!
Who can attend? Boys and girls who are in Cub Scouting and who will be in the 1st through 5th grade in fall of 2025.
Join us for four days of excitement packed with:
Archery – Ready, aim, fire! Become the ultimate archer as you take on the challenge!
BB Guns – Sharpen your aim and become a true marksman!
Games – Reimagine fun while have a great time with mind blowing games!
Crafts – Bring your creativity to life with engaging crafts and acitivities!
Fun - Bring all your smiles and laughter because you will have a great time!
Event Details:
- Hours: 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Location: Rorie Galloway Park, 3100 Lawson Rd., Mesquite, Texas 75181
- Registration will close on May 19 at 11:00 p.m.
(This is the deadline to register, add/change participants, update participant information, and complete payment in full). - Ranks: When registering your Scout, please register them for the rank they will be as of September 2025.
Cost:
- Cub Participant: $85 regular price. Early Bird Special $75 until April 29th at 11:00 p.m.
- Adults : $25.00
- Staff: $20.00
- Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy (See Attachments)
T-Shirts:
***May 5, 2025 at 11:00 p.m. is the deadline to be guaranteed a t-shirt. If you register after May 5th you may still select the size shirt you would like. HOWEVER, we will be unable to guarantee you will get the sizes or quantities you selected.***
Health Forms:
An up-to-date Scouting America Annual Health and Medical Record Parts A&B are required for every participant, including youth, siblings, adults, and staff. Health forms will be turned in prior to the start of camp. Additional instructions will be provided after registration.
Leader Guide:
Leader guides will be published for each camp before April 1, and will be available on our council webpage at: https://circleten.org/posts/80602/day-camp-description AND on individual registration sites.

Invention Convention Twilight Camp in Mesquite is one of the many great offerings for fun and adventure for you Cub Scout aged kids and family. While we hope you will come to our camp we understand that some made need different dates or locatoins. Whatever you do though, GO TO CAMP!
