Cuboree at Camp Kiwanis

September 12-14, 2025
Registration closes Thursday, September 4 at 11:00 p.m.
All registrations must be done through Black Pug and late additions/substitutions or walk-ins are not permitted.
Cuboree at Camp Kiwanis is an event for all Tiger, Wolf, Bear, Webelos, Arrow of Light Scouts, parents/guardians and siblings. Fun Space related Cub Scout activites will be held all day Saturday including BB Shooting and Archery. Overnight family camping will be during Friday and Saturday nights.

Where: Camp Kiwanis on Pat Mayse Lake, CR 35810, Arthur City, TX 75411
When: Check-in: Friday, September 12 starts at 5:00 p.m.
Day visitor check-in: Saturday, September 13 at 8:00 a.m.
Check-out: Sunday, September 14 leave by 11:00 a.m.
Cost: Covers program costs, food, insurance, Black Pug fees, and patch fees
- $25 - Scouts and Siblings
- Prospective Scouts may only attend for the day and are not permitted to camp overnight. Prospective Scouts must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
- $25 - Adults/Parents/Guardians
- $15 - Staff and Volunteers
Please note:
Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Sunday morning breakfast will be provided.
A BALOO trained leader for each Pack MUST be present for overnight camping. All SYT (SAFE Guarding Youth Protection Training) and cub camping rules per Scouting America policy must be followed at all times.

- Camping or not camping
- Emergency contact name, cell #, and relationship to attendee
- Dietary/allergies restrictions
- Medical concerns/mobility issues
