Calling all Cub Scouts from Tigers to Arrow of Light Scouts! 

Event Details: 

• Camp dates: May 30 - 31
• Hours:
  • Friday check-in: 5:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m
  • Saturday check-in: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. 
  • Saturday Activities: 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• Location: Hopkins County Museum & Heritage Park, 415 N. Jackson St., Sulphur Springs, TX 75482
• Registration will close on May 14 at 11:00 p.m.
  This is the deadline to register, add/change participants, update participant information, and complete payment in full. Late additions/substitutions or walk-ins cannot be accepted.
• Ranks: When registering your Scout, please register them for the rank they will be as of September 2025.

Cost: 

• Youth Participant ( All youth entering 1st - 5th grade): $55.00 regular price. Early Bird Special $45.00 until April 30 at 11:00 p.m.
• Adult Participant: $15.00
• Adult Staff: $10.00
• Youth Staff: $10.00
• Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

T-Shirts:

***April 29, 2025 at 11:00 p.m. is the deadline to be guaranteed a t-shirt.  If you register after April 29th, you may still select the size shirt you would like, HOWEVER, we will be unable to guarantee you will get the sizes or quantities you selected.***

Documentation Required at Check-in:

• Roster (one per unit or registration)
• Annual Medical Health Record AB
