2025 Adventure Card
Unit Sign-up
Registration closes Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 12:00 p.m.
Ready to join us to help earn funds for your unit to go camping? You have found the right place! By registering here, you are committing your unit to the Adventure Card sale for 2025. If you are signing up more than one unit, each unit will need a separate registration.
Cards are still selling for $10 per card!
Important Information
- Only one registration per unit.
- Select ONE adult for your registration.
- You will select the number of cards and pickup location within your registration.
Brief Event Calendar
- November 2024 - April 2025: Units sign up to sell Adventure Cards. Online registration through Black Pug.
- Select 1 Adult as the "Participant". You will select the number of cards you want within your registration.
- February 7, 2025: Adventure Card Chair Orientation Zoom Meeting (link will be sent out close to the meeting date)
- March 6, 2025: Council Adventure Cards distributed, and sales begin for the following districts ONLY:
- Texoma Valley, Post Oak, and Two Rivers
- Pick-up will be at a separate location (TBD)
- March 8, 2025: Council Adventure Cards distributed, and sales begin
- Pick-up locations will be at the John D. Murchison Scouting Center (Dallas) and Bobby Lyle - Billy Gamble Scouting Center (Fairview)
- Pick-up time will be from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
- March - April 2025: Continue sales promotion/replenishment/turn in money
- May 2, 2025: Last day for units to turn in money and unsold cards for 50% commission
- Starting May 9, 2025 commissions will continue to drop.
