Cub Fun Day is hosted by the Northern Trail, Rising Sun, Tejas Caddo, and West Park districts.
Trail to Troop is hosted by the Soaring Eagle and Tejas Caddo districts.

Participant Type: Trail to Troop - AOL Scouts and Scouts BSA; Cub Fun Day - Cub Scouts

You may only register for one event - either Cub Fun Day OR Trail to Troop

Event Details: CUB FUN DAY 

• Location: Camp Wisdom
• Check-in time: Saturday morning from 7:30 a.m. - 8:50 a.m. 
• Camping Option: Check-in: Friday evening from 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. 
• Dates: Friday, November 8-10, 2024
• Registration Closes: Sunday, November 3 at 11:00 p.m.

Cost:

• Scouts- $25 each
• Adults- $15 each
• Siblings- $15 each
• Staff- $10 each

Event Details: TRAIL TO TROOP 

• Location: Camp Wisdom
• Check-in time: Friday evening from 6:30 p.m.- 7:30 p.m.
• Dates: Friday, November 8-10, 2024
• Registration Closes: November 3, 2024 at 11:00 p.m.

Cost: (this is for AOL Scouts and above only to attend)

• Scout- $25 each 
• Adult- $15 each
• Staff- $10 each

Cancellations:
All cancellations must follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy (See Attachments)

Information Required during Registration:

• First and last name
• Unit type and number
• Emergency contact name, cell #, and relationship to attendee
• Dietary restrictions
• Medical concerns/mobility issues
• Whether camping or day only

Information Required at Check-In:

• Unit Roster
• Annual Medical Health Record AB
