Parent N Pal Weekend

Come join a FUN-filled weekend at the 2024 Spring Parent N Pal for all Cub Scouts and parents. This is a wonderful opportunity to explore, camp, and participate in activities such as shooting sports (archery and BB guns), learning about horses, games, and more!

Each Cub Scout MUST attend with ONE ADULT. NO SIBLINGS PLEASE, ONLY registered Cub Scouts!

• Dates: April 19 - 21, 2024
  • Check-in: Friday, April 19th, 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM
  • Check-out: Sunday, April 21st, 11:00 AM
• Location: Clements Scout Ranch/Trevor Rees-Jones Scout Camp, 11217 FM 2970, Athens, TX 75751. 
• Cost: $75 per participant
  • Meals included: Saturday- breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Sunday- breakfast

Fish N Fun Day

Fish N Fun Day is a single-day event for all Cub Scouts (parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, siblings)! You will be able to participate in shooting sports (archery and BB guns), learn about horses, games, and more!

  • Check-in: 8:00-9:00 AM
  • Event Ends: 4:00 PM
• Location: Clements Scout Ranch/Trevor Rees-Jones Scout Camp, 11217 FM 2970, Athens, TX 75751. 
• Cost: $35
  • Meals included: Saturday lunch only

Important Information

• Registration for both events closes on Wednesday, April 10 at 11:00 p.m.
  This is the deadline for all updates, adds and changes to your registration. Late additions/substitutions or walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
• All cancellations must follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy (see attachments)

• Unit type and number
• Gender (all), age (youth)
• Cell phone and email address (adult)
• Dietary restrictions (required), allergies and medical concerns/mobility issues (optional)
• Emergency contact information (name, cell phone number, relationship to attendee)

Documentation Required at Check-In

• Unit Roster: one per registration or group arriving together (see attachments)
• Annual Medical Health Record parts A & B
