Event Details

• Date: Saturday, January 27, 2024
• Location: Wichita Building - Richland College 12800 Abrams Rd., Dallas, TX 75243
• Cost: $20 per participant plus optional $5.00 lunch 
• Registration Closes: Sunday, January 21 at 11:00 p.m.
  This is the deadline to register, add/update participants and classes, and complete payment. No walk-ins.
• Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Circle Ten Council Cancellation & Refund Policy (see Attachments)

 - Class Size is Limited to 15 Scouts per Class, they will fill quickly! -

Scouts may only register for two classes (morning session & afternoon session) or one class that takes up both the morning and afternoon session. 

****Blue cards will be available for download after the event under the "Reports" tab in your registration. Blue cards will only be available if the badge was completed. If the badge is incomplete, you can download the completed requirements under the "Unit advancement detail" tab in your registration. ****

Event Times

• 7:30 a.m.: Check-in opens
• 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.: Session 1
• 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.: Lunch
• 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.: Session 2
• Lunch will not be available for purchase at the event and must be pre-purchased. If you are not buying an optional lunch, please bring a sack lunch.

Registration Information
The following information will be requested during registration:

• First and Last Name
• Name called
• Age
• Scout Rank
• Acknowledgement that Scout has discussed attendance with Scoutmaster
• Email and mailing address for registration contact
• Participant contact name, phone, email, and relationship to Scout

Documents Required at Check-in

• Any prerequisite and/or paperwork requested by counselors (see Merit Badge Catalog)
