Come join a FUN-filled weekend at the 2024 Parent N Pal for all Cub Scouts and parents. This is a wonderful opportunity to explore, camp, and participate in activities such as: shooting sports (archery and BB guns), horseback riding, games, crafts and more!
Each Cub Scout MUST attend with ONE ADULT (mom or dad or both, a grandparent or any other adult family member if mom or dad cannot attend). NO SIBLINGS PLEASE, ONLY registered Cub Scouts!
Event Details:
- Check-in: Friday, October 11 at 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
- Program begins: Saturday, October 12 at 9:00 a.m.
- Check-out: Sunday, October 13 from 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
- Location: 11217 FM 2970, Athens, Texas 75751
- Registration Closes: Tuesday, October 1 at 11:00 p.m.
This is the deadline to register, update information, and complete payment. Late additions or walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
Cost:
- Cub Scout/Adult: $75
This event is for registered Cubs Scouts and a parent/guardian only. Siblings may not attend this event. - Parent N Pal cost includes: Program, Patch, Saturday's breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday's breakfast.
- Cancellations: All Cancellations must follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy (see Attachments).

- Allergy, medical, or dietary restrictions
- Emergency contact name, cell number, and relationship to Scout.
- Unit type and number
- Scout rank
- Cell phone and email address (adults only)
Helpful Information:
- Bring a water bottle, tent, sleeping bag, personal gear, flashlight and a camp chair.
- You can camp all weekend or just come out for the day on Saturday.

- Unit Roster (downloaded from my.scouting.org or using Unit Activity Roster)
- Annual Medical Health Record AB

*Please understand that Lion Cubs cannot shoot BB guns. However there will be Wrist Rockets available for them. Only Wolf Scouts and above may ride horses as per the Age-Appropriate Guidelines. There will be alternative activities with horses for Lion and Tiger Scouts.
