Event Details

• Location: Camp James Ray, 2026 Mill Creek Rd., Pottsboro, TX 75076
• Check-in: Friday, April 12 from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
• Event Check-out: Sunday, April 14 by 10:00 a.m.  
• Deadline to Register/make changes with your registration/make payment: April 8 before 11:00 pm.  
  Late additions, substitutions or walk-ins will not be accepted.
• Meals: Units will provide their own meals for this event.

Cost

• Scouts: $10/per person
• Adults/Staff: $10/per person
• Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy (see Attachments).
