Event Details

• Check-in: Friday, April 5 from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
• Event Check-out: Sunday, April 7 by 10:00 am.  
• Deadline to Register/make changes with your registration/make payment: March 27 before 11:00 pm.  
• Meals:  Units will provide their own meals for this event

Cost  

• Scouts: Regular price- $25
• Adults/Staff: $10
• Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy (see Attachments).

Documentation Required at Check-in

• Unit Roster
• Annual Medical Health Record AB
• Proof of Youth Protection Training for all adults
