Join us for a FUN day, full of hiking, shooting, swimming, arts & crafts and an exciting, fun-filled campfire!  Price includes lunch and dinner, a t-shirt for the youth, and an awesome patch for everyone!

The Trading Post will be open!  Remember to bring a water bottle, your swim suit and a towel.  Closed toed shoes are required. Chairs are optional but, if brought, will need to be carried with you.

This event is for ages Tiger (those going into 1st grade in the fall) through Arrow of Light (those going into 5th grade in the fall). When registering your Scout, please register them for the rank they will be as of September 2024.  Tigers MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  This event is not for children under the age of 6. Two-deep leadership is required at all times.

Event Details:

  • Check-in: 8:00 a.m. on Friday, May 31
  • Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
  • Location: Camp James Ray, 2026 Mill Creek Rd., Pottsboro, Texas 75076
  • Registration will close on Wednesday, May 15 at 11:00 p.m. 
    This is the deadline register, add/change participants, update participant information, and complete payment in full. Late additions/subsitutions or walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
  • Ranks: When registering your Scout, please register them for the rank they will be as of September 2024.

Cost:

  • Cub Participant: $60 (includes: lunch, dinner, t-shirt, and patch)
  • Adult: $30 (includes lunch, dinner, and patch)
  • Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy (see Attachments).

T-Shirts:

***April 28, 2024, at 11:00 p.m. is the deadline to be guaranteed a t-shirt. If you register after April 28, you may still select the size shirt you would like. However, we will be unable to guarantee you will get the sizes or quantities you selected.***

Information Required During Registration:

  • Unit type and number
  • First and last name
  • Address (registration contact only)
  • Email address and cell phone number (registration contact and adults only)
  • Scouting Rank (Cub Scout)
  • Gender and date of birth
  • Youth protection training date (adults - optional)
  • Allergies, medical concerns, dietary restrictions (must know in advance to accommodate)
  • Emergency contact name, phone, relationship to attendee
  • T-shirt size
  • Preferred volunteer position (adult staff)

Documentation Required at Check-in:
PRINTED copies of all the forms below must be brought to camp (check-in). 

  • Roster (one per unit or registration)
  • Annual Medical Health Record AB

 You and your Scout may attend a Cub Adventure Camp in ANY district. You are not restricted to staying within your own district. Choose the one that works best for you!
