This is the registration page for volunteers staffing the Camp Wisdom 100th Anniversary Celebration (Troops, Crews, Ships) on October 13-15, 2023.

Anyone wishing to staff must contact Joey Greenaway at W100Scouts@gmail.com prior to registering to obtain the password.

Event Details:

• Check-in: Friday, October 13 no later than 6:00 p.m. Early Friday morning check-in is preferred.
• Location: Camp Wisdom, 64 W. Red Bird Ln., Dallas, TX 75236

Cost:

• Youth and Adult Staff: $20 per person. Includes (1) staff t-shirt.
  Staff will be limited to age 14 and over (13 year olds will be considered on a case by case basis)
• Registration closes: Friday, October 6 at 11:00 p.m. (No new registrations, additions, or changes may be made after this date)
• Cancellations: All cancellations requests must follow the Circle Ten Council Cancellation & Refund Policy (see Attachments)

Registration Add-Ons

• Parking: Staffers may park for free in remote parking on camp. You will be directed where when you arrive. 
• Souvenirs: T-Shirts and hoodies will be available for pre-purchase within your registration

Communications

• Please join the event Remind by texting 81010 with the message: @w100sc
• We will use this for hazard weather alerts, any schedule changes and activity reminders.

Accommodations/Meals

• Camping: will be available for staff. You may indicate if you are camping with your unit or with staff during the registration process.
• Meals: Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner plus Sunday breakfast are provided. You will indicate if you will be eating with staff or your unit during the registration process.
