Swim and Water Rescue Training

Camp Wisdom: May 12-13, 2023
Camp Constantin: August 26, 2023

This training is designed for troop leaders who want to take their unit out swimming. Skills covered will include rescues with improvised materials, as well as practice administering swim tests.

Option 1: May 12 - 13, 2023

• Location: Camp Wisdom, 6400 W. Red Bird Lane, Dallas, TX
• Check-in: Starts Friday, May 12 at 6:00 p.m. in the Leadership Center
• Event Time: Friday, May 12 at 6:00 p.m. - Saturday, May 13 at 12:00 p.m.
• Registration Closes: Friday, May 5 at 10:00 p.m.
  This is the deadline to register, update/change participant information, and complete payment

Option 2: August 26, 2023

• Location: Camp Constantin,
• Check-In: Starts Saturday, August 26 at 8:00 a.m.in the Dining Hall
• Event Time: Saturday, August 26 from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Registration Closes: Friday, August 18 ay 10:00 p.m.
  This is the deadline to register, update/change participant information, and complete payment

Cost

• May 12-13 at Camp Wisdom: $35 (meals not provided)
• August 25-26 at Camp Constantin: $45 (meals provided)
• Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy (see attchments section) 

Required Information
The following information will be requested during registration

• First and Last Name 
• Emergency Contact Name, Phone #, and Relationship to Scout
• Dietary Restrictions (Constantin session) 

Additional Information

• Unit/Attendee Roster required at check-in (one per registration) 
• Must bring your part A & B Health Forms if you plan on staying over night.
• Dorms will be availble at an additional cost based on availability/tent camping is included in the cost
