Calling all Scouts, from the young and eager to the seasoned and experienced! Get ready to block off your schedules on September 30 because that's when the most extraordinary gathering of Scouts will take place at the iconic Trevor Rees-Jones Scout Camp (TRJ). Prepare to embark on an adventure-filled journey during these unforgettable dates!

Nestled amidst breathtaking natural beauty, TRJ will come alive with the vibrant energy of Scouts from far and wide during this remarkable event. From your arrival on September 29th until your departure, every minute will be packed with thrilling activities, forging lifelong memories and friendships.

Updated Rally at the Gathering information

The Rally at the Gathering is now a one-day event. Units are still able to camp Friday night and return home on Saturday or continue their stay through Saturday night and check out on Sunday morning. Food will no longer be provided, so all units participating will need to plan for food on Saturday (breakfast and lunch as well as dinner, if staying). Units attending will receive a patch and be able to participate in limited selection of program such as Climbing, Horseback Riding, and Shooting Sports. The cost is now $15 per person and $10 for staff.

• Check-in begins Friday, September 29, at 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, September 30 at 7:00 - 9:00 a.m.
• Meals: All meals are the responsibility of the unit.

Cost

• Youth: $15 per person
• Adult: $15 per person
• Staff: $10 per person (please contact event staff for password)
