It's here!  The 2023 National Jamboree will be held at the Summit Bechtel Reserve, located on the New River and nestled in the West Virginia mountains.  Circle Ten Council has the largest contingent of Scouts and Leaders attend in the whole United States and we would like to offer you the opportunity to be part of this once in a lifetime event, where you will join more than 15,000 Scouts from all over the country.

Circle Ten Council has 5 Troops/Crews reserved.  Each unit consists of Scouts BSA, Venturers, Sea Scouts and/or Explorers and 4 (minimum all must be 21 or older) to 8-unit leaders, not to exceed a total of 40.  Leadership opportunities will be afforded to the units that can recruit the most Scouts to attend the Jamboree and are approved by the Council Jamboree Steering Committee.  Scouts must be at least a 12 years of age by the first day of Jamboree and will not turn 21 by the last day of Jamboree.  Scouts 18 to 20 register as young adults and will be housed/tented with othe adults.  All participants 18 and older must have current youth protection training.

There are two packages to choose from:

PACKAGE #1:  Itinerary 1 (I1):  $3800  (DC and Jambo only, depart Monday 7/17/23 and return on Friday 7/28/23)

PACKAGE #2: Itinerary 2 (I2):  $3400 (DC and Jambo only, depart on Tuesday 7/18/23 and return on Friday 7/28/23)

Note:

Both packages include 9 days at the 2023 National Jamboree, all meals while traveling, air and bus transportation, 2 shirts, 2 council patches, and more!  Note, we have budgeted for expected airfare and transportation costs that may be less than budgeted.   If the travel costs and other transportation costs end up less than budgeted, and all other expenses have been properly covered, we will issue a refund or change the final payment amount to reflect the updated costs.

*As payments are made, they are non-refundable.  However, if you find a replacement, who signs up and makes payments equal to your payments, then you can be refunded anything over $300.
