• Location: Richland College 12800 Abrams Rd., Dallas, TX 75243
• Cost: $15 per participant
• Registration Closes: Sunday, January 22, 2023 at 11:00 p.m.
  This is the deadline to register, add/update participants and classes, and complete payment
• Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Circle Ten Council Cancellation & Refund Policy (see Attachments)

 - Class Size is Limited to 15 Scouts per Class, they will fill quickly! -

Event Times

• 7:30 a.m.: Check in Opens
• 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.: Session 1
• 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.: Lunch
• 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.: Session 2
• Lunch will not be provided. Please bring a sack lunch. OA will have a trading post for snacks.

Registration Information
The following information will be requested during registration:

• First and Last Name
• Name called
• Age
• Scout Rank
• Acknowledgement that Scout has discussed attendance with Scoutmaster
• Email and mailing address for registration contact
• Participant Contact name, phone, email, and relationship to Scout

Documents Required at Check-in

• Circle Ten Council Arrival Checklist (see Attachments)
• Any prerequisite and/or paperwork requested by counselors (see Merit Badge Catalog)
