• Event time: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
  Check in at the Daffron Pavilion upon arrival. Event is come-and-go!
• Location: Camp Wisdom, 6400 W. Red Bird Lane, Dallas, TX 75236
• Day event only. No overnight accommodations

This “program preview” will assist your unit in:

• determining what council activities you want to participate in,
• finding what trainings are available for your Scouts and leaders,
• getting ready for your fall recruitment,
• setting up a campsite and cooking,
• talking to “experts” to get your questions answered … we’re here to help!
• and door prizes!

Youth Popcorn Training …

Scouts are invited to sign up (it's free!) for a training session at 11:00 a.m. on popcorn selling! You can sign you Scout up during registration.

Registration Details

Please register so we can prepare appropriately (materials, food, staffing levels are all affected by the number attending). You will be asked to provide the following information during registration:

• First, last name (contact)
• Dietary needs (medical/religious) – we will be serving hot dogs, burgers and may have limited options available.
• Emergency contact name, phone number, relationship
• # adult, # youth attending.
  • Select 1 adult and 1 youth and then enter the total number of each type within the registration.
• Name and participant type for extra people, emergency contact info for each.
• Unit type and number
