Event Details

• Check-in: Friday, April 14 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.
• Check-out: Sunday, April 16 by 11:00 a.m.
• Meals: units will provide their own meals for this event
• Registration Closes: Monday, April 10 at 11:00 p.m.
  This is the deadline to register, add/change participants, update participant information, and complete payment.

Cost

• Scouts: $20
• Adults: $10
• Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy (see Attachments)

Information Requested at Registration

The following information will be requested during registration:

• First and last name
• Unit type and number
• Allergy, medical, and dietary restrictions (optional)
• Emergency contact name, cell phone number, and relationship to participant

Documentation Required at Check-in

• Annual Medical Health Record AB
• Arrival Checklist (one per unit)
