This weekend is where you can have it all at the beautiful Camp James Ray!
Please only register individuals in 1 event
(i.e. - if you are attending BALOO, you do not need to sign up for the Cuboree or Webelos Woods).
Unit leaders need to check in at the HQ office upon arrival.
CUBOREE
This is for your Lions, Tigers, Wolves, & Bears.

***Per BSA Age Appropriate Guidelines, Lions and younger siblings are not able to shoot BB guns.***
WEBELOS WOODS
This is for your Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts.
Webelos Woods is a great opportunity for Webelos scouts to spend time with and learn from older scouts, as well as experience the personality of each troop represented as they begin to make the important decision on which troop to join when they cross over into Scouts BSA.
Webelos need to have at least 1 leader per 5 Webelos and 2 deep leadership.

This is a great opportunity for you to showcase your Troop, your Scouts, and take a step towards recruiting soon-to-be Scouts BSA youth.
BALOO
(Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation)
All Packs are required to have a minimum of one (more recommended) for any and all overnight events.
BALOO is an overnight training event that introduces parents and leaders to the skills needed to plan and conduct Pack outdoor activities, particularly Pack camping. The training includes campsite selection, outdoor event planning, parent involvement, health & safety, equipment, cooking, and an introduction to camping skills.
Online BALOO Prerequisite Training on my.scouting.org is required prior to attending course.
Please bring proof of completion.
Course begins at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday morning.
Check-in is at the HQ building at 7:00 a.m.
You are welcome to come out Friday night between 6:00 & 10:00 p.m. and camp Friday night.
IOLS
(Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills)
All Troops are required to have IOLS trained leaders and all SM/ASMs are required to have it to be fully trained.
Working as Patrols, this hands-on course provides adult leaders the practical outdoor skills they need to lead Scouts in the out-of-doors. Upon completeion, leaders should feel comfortable teaching Scouts the basic skills required to obtain the First Class rank.
IOLS Orientation is required and will be held on October 11, 2022 @ 7:00 p.m. Location is Trinity Presbyterian Church.
$10 cash is due at orientation to cover Patrol meals.
Course begins at 8:00 p.m. on Friday night.
Check-in is at the HQ building at 6:00 p.m.
Couse concludes after campfire Saturday night.
You are welcome to camp Saturday night and leave Sunday morning.

We will have a Brotherhood walk for those that have met requirements.
Please bring $20 cash to pay for your sash.
